How to order
- Choose products, shade options and quantities.
- Review the cart and select Europe or United States for shipping.
- Create an order number. No customer account is required.
- Send the order number through WhatsApp to confirm availability and the Alibaba payment link.
Prices and shipping
Catalog prices are in USD. The cart shows shipping weight, estimated shipping cost and total for the selected destination. Final availability and payment details are confirmed by the supplier before payment.
Order documents
The supplier can retrieve the order using its order number. Customers do not need to download or send a spreadsheet.
Ordering questions
Are these products authentic?
No. These are replica products and are not sold as authentic branded goods.
Can every product be scanned in the Sephora app?
No. Sephora app scanning is not guaranteed for these products.
How does the order process work?
Add products, shades and quantities to the cart, create an order number, then confirm availability and the Alibaba payment link through WhatsApp.
How long does delivery take?
Goods are normally sent to the forwarder within three working days after payment. Forwarder delivery is usually 12 to 15 days.
What happens if goods are damaged during transportation?
A replacement can be sent with the next order or the damaged item cost can be refunded after confirmation.
